Step 1: Tell Us About Your Event
all starts with your vision! Share the details of your event with us—date, location, guest count, and your preferred services. Whether you’re envisioning handcrafted mocktails, a premium zero-proof cocktail bar, or a fun soda station, we’ll tailor our offerings to your needs.
Step 2: Personalized Planning
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll work with you to craft a custom menu that reflects your event’s theme and your guests’ tastes.
Allergen information is available and can be displayed at the event.
We’ll source premium ingredients to ensure every drink is as delicious as it is special.
Step 3: Day-of Setup
Our team arrives 1–3 hours before your event to set up and ensure everything is ready to impress.
We bring our mobile bar setup (4’ wide, 43” tall) and an optional elegant back bar table for additional service space.
Hosting at a venue with its own bar? No problem—we’re happy to use the host or venue’s setup if it meets our needs.
For hydration stations, we create a polished display with foldable tables and linen coverings.
Your custom menu will be beautifully displayed at the bar, setting the tone for a unique drink experience.
Step 4: Service with Style
Our friendly and professional mixologists are ready to serve! Whether it’s sophisticated zero-proof cocktails, handcrafted mocktails, or fizzy soda creations, we handle every detail.
Drinks are made fresh to order, garnished to perfection, and served in biodegradable or reusable cups.
We ensure every guest feels celebrated, whether they’re sipping on a signature spritz or enjoying our hydration station.
Step 5: Cleanup Made Simple
When the party winds down, we’ll take care of cleaning the bar area and packing up our equipment. You can relax knowing that we’ll leave the space as spotless as we found it.
