Terms of Service: The Social Spritz
The Social Spritz is operated by A&K Collective LLC, DBA The Social Spritz. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a seamless experience for our clients and uphold the high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism that define our brand.
1. Booking & Payments
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
- Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, and ACH (U.S.-based transactions only).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event will result in forfeiture of the full amount.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
- Event Postponements:
- If an event is rescheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Force Majeure:
- The Social Spritz is not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies).
3. Services & Event Requirements
- Event Scope: The Social Spritz provides services exclusively for private, closed events (e.g., weddings, corporate events, private parties).
- Guest Count: Services are priced for up to 25 guests as the base package. Additional guests will be charged per person at the rate specified in your proposal.
- Venue Requirements:
- A handwashing station must be available on-site.
- A kitchen or prep space must be accessible for sanitizing equipment.
- If no kitchen is available, single-use utensils and pre-prepped garnishes will be required. Additional charges may apply for pre-prepared garnishes.
- Alcohol Policy:
- The Social Spritz does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol.
- If requested, we can incorporate client-supplied alcohol into drinks under applicable laws.
- The client assumes all responsibility and liability for the serving and supply of alcohol at the event.
4. Ingredients & Safety
- Premium Ingredients: We use high-quality, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients whenever possible.
- Allergen Awareness: A full list of ingredients and potential allergens is available at events. Guests with allergies must review ingredient details and notify us of any concerns.
- Hygiene Standards: Our team adheres to strict sanitation protocols, including:
- Regular handwashing and glove usage during drink preparation.
- Sanitization of all equipment before, during, and after events.
5. Liability & Client Responsibility
- Guest Responsibility: The Social Spritz is not responsible for any adverse reactions to ingredients, including allergens.
- Event Safety: The client is responsible for ensuring a safe event environment for guests.
- Equipment Damage: Any damage to The Social Spritz equipment caused by guests will be billed to the client.
- Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.
6. Sustainability & Glassware Options
- Disposable Cups: Clients may choose from the following options:
- Compostable cups – A sustainable, single-use option.
- Recyclable cups – A higher-quality, durable disposable option.
- Reusable Glassware:
- Shatterproof glassware rentals – Available for small events and subject to limited availability. Clients are responsible for any damage.
- Facilitated glassware rentals – For an eco-friendly, high-quality presentation, we offer coordination of glassware rentals through a third-party provider. Rental fees apply.
7. Intellectual Property & Brand Use
- Recipes & Branding: All recipes, branding, and materials created by The Social Spritz are proprietary and may not be copied, sold, or reproduced without permission.
- Event Photos: The Social Spritz reserves the right to photograph its setup, drinks, and event experience for promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Changes to Terms
The Social Spritz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be shared with clients and apply to all future bookings.
